As a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA), we provide cleaner power at stable rates while also reinvesting revenue back into local energy programs for the benefit of OCPA customers to ensure a healthier, more sustainable Orange County.

OCPA customers were eligible for a rebate of up to $1,000 toward the purchase of a Level 2, hardwired EV charger through the OCPA Marketplace. The average price was $500-$700, making it no-cost!
