As a Community Choice Aggregation (CCA), we provide cleaner power at stable rates while also reinvesting revenue back into local energy programs for the benefit of OCPA customers to ensure a healthier, more sustainable Orange County.

OCPA has designed a NEM program with enhanced benefits for net generating customers. Our program honors NEM 2.0 benefits and provides a net surplus compensation (NSC) rate that is 10% higher than Southern California Edison’s prevailing NSC rate.

The Battery Storage Rebate Program provided a $1,000 per residential battery household installation to support the cost of installing a home battery.

After viewing an e-bike safety video, customers received vouchers to purchase both an e-bike and helmet at a local bike shop.
