Local, Clean Energy Not-For-Profit Now Accepting Applications for Community Advisory Committee
Orange County Power Authority is seeking an at-large member to be a part of the clean energy movement
IRVINE, Calif. (October 29, 2025) – Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) – a community clean energy provider – is now accepting applications for an at-large member of its Community Advisory Committee (CAC). OCPA is seeking an individual who is passionate about the clean energy movement and committed to creating a more sustainable future for their community members.
Volunteer CAC members work alongside fellow neighbors to help shape the future of Orange County’s Community Choice Aggregation program. The CAC advises the Board of Directors on the agency’s efforts while helping to educate the community about OCPA’s dedication to community reinvestment and its mission of providing access to clean energy at competitive rates.
CAC members must be residents (property owners and/or tenants), business owners, employees, or representatives of a community-based organization located within one of OCPA’s member cities.
