OCPA Brings Member Communities Together For Energy Efficiency Program Workshops
OC is our home and we’re committed to taking care of it. That’s why we’re doing everything we can, every single day, to support energy efficiency programs in our community.
During August and September, Antonia Graham, Orange County Power Authority (OCPA) Chief Operating Officer, and staff from The Energy Coalition led community workshops about the seven energy efficiency programs that we’ll be launching for OCPA customers in 2022 and 2023.
Energy efficiency programs for businesses include:
- • Business energy analysis and targeted energy efficiency rebates;
- • Hands-on energy project support for large energy customers; and
- • Green small business certification support.
Other programs highlighted during the workshops were residential energy analysis, targeted energy efficiency rebates, multifamily tenant-focused improvements, and training programs in partnership with local community colleges.
The workshops were held in our member cities of Buena Park, Fullerton, Huntington Beach, and Irvine.
